Indexing/Pagination and Chronologies

Indexing/Paginating Option 1
Numbered dividers and the first section is 1.1 onwards, second section 2.1 onwards etc.

Option 1 is very useful for cases where some records may be missing and/or more up to date records will be added later on, as this option does not use continuous page numbering throughout. Traditional Option 2 is not necessarily the best option! However, we provide a bespoke service so we are happy to follow your preference.

Missing Records
We can identify missing records for you during the ordering process.

Chronology Options
If you wish, we can prepare a Chronology relevant to the issues that you specify on the Order form. This may be breach of duty only, or both breach of duty and causation. There may be other issues to look at such as previous psychiatric history.

In most cases a detailed Chronology is required. However, you can also ask for a succinct Chronology if you prefer:
