Collection/Delivery Timescales

We can collect and return locally in Sheffield, subject to availability of our local courier and the same charge that is applied per DX return (£6.41+ vat). We are also on the DX system (£6.41+ vat). Tracker DX return, as well as Special Delivery DX return, carry an extra charge (DX Special Delivery is £3.75 + VAT but applies to only 1 lever arch file packages). 

We can also return via DHL, a very competitive parcel service.

Bundles will be returned within 15-20 working days. If just ordering/paginating and indexing is required the bundle can be completed within 15 working days. If a Chronology is also required it is likely to be the full 15-20 working days.

More urgent turnaround can be arranged, subject to availability - please telephone to agree the available time-scale and please note that there is a 15% surcharge on urgent bundles + vat.

Sometimes, we are sent particularly large bundles that have to be regarded as exceptional, although still well within our expertise. We will call you to discuss a case that we feel is exceptional, that may fall outside the usual time-scales.
